The International Bar Association (IBA), based in London, is a global organisation bringing together legal professionals, bar associations and law societies to shape the development of international law and support the legal profession worldwide.

In 2023, we supported the IBA’s international conference at the Palais de Congrès in Paris, providing branded giveaways to enhance the delegate experience. The IBA team wanted high-quality practical products designed to leave a lasting impression and we delivered custom luggage locks and wireless phone chargers.

A creative ‘Save the Date’

For the 2025 conference being held in November at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Canada, we were tasked with creating a memorable way to encourage delegates to save the date. We produced a playful keepsake solution with a nod to the host country – 250 custom-branded Canadian moose mascots, each wearing a t-shirt displaying the conference dates.
